Grants Through United States Agency For International Development (USAID)
1. Health Initiatives for Safety and Stability in Africa (HIFASS)/LOPIN 3- N7, 000,000.00
This grant was received from September, 2015 – August, 2016 to provide comprehensive HIV prevention and care and support services to 5000 vulnerable children and their households through improved system and structures. The project is on-going and the project team has leveraged support from the Ebonyi State Agency for the Control of AIDS (EBOSACA) and provided HTC services to 4045 vulnerable children and another 3528 active beneficiaries of the OVC program.
2. MSH ProACT- N5, 267,172.50
This grant was received from May 2014 to November 2014 and was use to provide Provider Initiated HTC services to 5,800 general population and 4900 pregnant women within ante natal care setting in Gurara and Lapai LGAs of Niger State. Through the grant, CLAP also provided comprehensive care and support services to 2,250 vulnerable children, trained 500 caregivers on microenterprise, and linked 230 caregivers to Village Savings and Loans Associations and other.

3. Pact Nigeria REACH ProjectMSH ProACT- N23, 177,209.00
This grant was received from August 2013 to March 2014 July, 2013 for provision of comprehensive services and Household Economic Strengthening to vulnerable children and their households in Nkanu East LGA of Enugu State. Apart from providing comprehensive services to 2500 orphans and vulnerable children and 810 households, 210 caregivers were trained on entrepreneurial skills, 258 caregivers were linked to Village Savings and Loans Associations. The project team also leveraged RTKs and provided HTC services to 2350 vulnerable children and 4680 active beneficiaries of the OVC program.
4. MSH ProACT- N2, 450,000.00
This grant was received from August 2012 to July, 2013 for Expanding Schools and Communities Action for HIV/AIDS prevention in Gashaka and Donga LGAs of Taraba State. Through the grant, CLAP provide comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention intervention to 1600 ISYs, 1600 OSYs, 500 couples, 489 FSW and 287 PWIDs. Five thousand eight hundred (5800) general populations and 1578 key population were also provided HTC services in Gashaka and Donga LGAs of Taraba State.
