Executive Director
Dr. Remi Obinatu, MBBS, PGDM, MPH, FWACP, the Executive Director of CLAP is a development professional with over 15 years of progressive professional experience in broad range programme management, growth and quality assurance within the HIV/AIDS and Development arena while working in partnership with government, and International development agencies in Nigeria. He provides overall leadership for CLAPs Project and programs, ensuring effective and compliant delivery of results in collaboration with partners. The ED establishes collaborative relationships with key government ministries, and state government officials, and other implementing partners and donors to ensure multi-stakeholder involvement in our programmes.
Program Manager
Onuoha Rosemund, the Program Manager, has B.MLS and M.Sc Public health. She has over 5 years’ experience in HIV prevention and impact mitigation interventions for both general and key populations, Child protection and vulnerable child programming, maternal, neonatal and child health and has provided strong leadership as program manager to various GoN, USAID and CDC funded projects. The PM leads the program team in ensure effective planning, implementation and timely reporting of program activities.
Finance Manager
Ezenwa Mgbeokwere the Finance Manager, has B.Sc Accounting and M.Sc Banking and Finance. He has over 4 years’ experience as Account and Admin Officer for projects funded by GoN, USAID and CDC. She is conversant with some accounting soft wares like Quick-book.
The FM leads the finance team in assuring quality financial standards in service delivery, identifying technical resources, coordination of technical support and developing strong financial framework for our projects.
Monitoring and Evaluation/Strategic Information Manager
Henry Uchegbu has B.Sc Human Anatomy and has over 2 years’ experience as M & E officer for USAID and CDC funded HIV/OVC projects in many states in Nigeria. He is very conversant with GoN OVC monitoring tools including NOMIS, DHIS and DATIM.
