1. Kogi State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS (KOSACA) - N15,531,730.00:

CLAP received funds from KOSACA between 1st January, 2014 – 31st December, 2015 and through this grant  provided HTC services to 2,676 Uniform service personnel, 1250 FSW, 19,600 general population and 4200 pregnant women.

2. FCT Agency for the Control of AIDS (FACA)- N15,142,200.00:

CLAP received the above grant from FACA from May 2014 to November 2015. Through the grant, CLAP provided HTC services to 2450 pregnant women in ante natal care setting in Gwagwalada Area Council of FCT and referred 21 HIV positive pregnant women for PMTCT. Only one out of the 21 positive pregnant women delivered HIV positive baby. CLAP also provided comprehensive care and support to 49 vulnerable children including school materials, trained 20 caregivers on microenterprise and provided them with seed grant of 20,000 each for income generating activities, provided comprehensive care and support to 848 PLHIV and their households.

3. Nasarawa State Agency for the control of AIDS (NASACA)-N16, 070,200.00:

Between May 2014 and November 2015, CLAP also received funds from NASACA and through this grant provided HTC services to 6519 general populations, 293 key population and 1694 pregnant women in antenatal care setting in Akwanga, Wumba, Kokona and Nasarawa LGAs. Forty nine (109) and 12 key population who were HIV positive were linked to care and treatment while 16 positive pregnant women were referred for PMTCT services. Through this grant, 230 vulnerable children were also provided educational services including scholastic materials.
